The customer service from the front office and medical team could be a lot better. Dr. Jatla's beside manner was awesome, however. In speaking of the one that took my blood pressure, your negative thoughts are a result of your ego running amok. Sometimes, we hide our insecurities by treating others poorly, instead of confronting and embracing those negative thoughts and feelings. I know it's all Chinese to you, but know that the suffering you're experiencing can only be stopped, if you see yourself in someone's shoes, instead of just your own.
I have received very poot patient care and settled for it forctoo long. I am DONE. Seeking another doctor
