Kaiser Permanente Skyline Medical Office

I've worked for a nonprofit for 17 years. This is the insurance I'm forced to have. I can't afford it! The simple procedure I need is over $3,000 out of pocket. They would like to put me in debt. It takes several visits to even get a diagnosis. I've gone in with a sinus infection and they said I didn't have a sinus infection. Weeks later of agonizing pain I went back and begged for antibiotics. They told me I had a sinus infection. Oh, and they are increasing my rates? Seriously!? For what!?

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a Joke for medical care. Been 2 months and still in pain and have to wait months to see a specialist. Mean time put me on pain pills only to take them away because they cant see me. And always refer to Salem ER witch is the worst place you could ever want to go to! Hummm if you dont have COVID 19 they dont give two craps about you. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wasn't able to go in with my 88 year old mom. Staff are at entrance to check temperatures and provide masks.

I always get good care when I visit any doctor or department at Kaiser. The doctors, nurses, and people who work at the counter are cheerful, caring, and efficient. I would never go back to individual doctors for my Medicare supplement insurance. I like having everything I need at the same facility, for the most part.

I've never been treated like a human being before. When I was below the poverty level and without insurance; Albany General Hospital treated me like trash. Now I'm with Kaiser and I've been with them for 2 years now and I have NOT HAD one rude person, I've not been harassed by security, & I really love that you can do everything under one roof!!
