I hate coming here for urgent care because it always seems to take forever even when there is only a couple people in line. I’m almost certain they go according to last name which is why I’m always last and they call everyone before me. I’ve watched people come in sit down for a minute and be called meanwhile I’m here going on 2 hours and yet still nothing. It’s not busy there isn’t a lot going on here so I don’t understand why it’s always 3-4 hour wait for me! If I wasn’t stuck in this insurance I would switch. I never hear anything good about kaiser and I know why.

They have forgotten to get my chemo pills for 5 days. I've called many times, left many messages never to get a call back. Was told the manager would contact me several times. He never has. I Have called numerous times, and still have not received the medication for my CANCER!!!! This place is a JOKE!!

I have always had doctors that I feel like I can trust at Kaiser Permanente. I love the convenience of having a lab, radiology and pharmacy in the same building as the doctor. The urgent care does have a long wait time, but it is certainly shorter than the emergency room. The nurses and aides are all so knowledgeable and empathetic. I really am glad to have Kaiser Permanente.

We've been Kaiser members for 30 years in two different states and have always publicly praised the quality of their care. But they are rapidly going downhill in Oregon, due to understaffing. Tonight I went to urgent care on Lancaster with a serious respiratory infection that's causing me chest pain and breathing problems because of my underlying asthma--which I told them about. I waited 30 minutes to check in (they gave me a buzzer, as if I were waiting for a table in a restaurant). After check-in I was told it would be a TWO HOUR WAIT. This is urgent care? The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because of (a) past better experiences, and (b) they did tell me I could leave and come back. I'm using my rescue inhaler for now, and managed to snag an appointment at my Skyline clinic with an NP (by the way, good luck getting in to see anybody other than an NP--all the doctors are overbooked months out). Meanwhile, I'm suffering unnecessarily. For this we pay hundreds of dollars a month. Tell me again how socialized medicine will make our wait times longer??? With what we're paying in premiums, you'd think they could, you know, actually hire a few doctors. It would also be nice if urgent care were available at more than one clinic in a 60-mile radius.

This is the only company I want for my family. After many years with others, I won't work anywhere, that doesn't provide Kaiser health insurance. I want my grandchildren here, and do whatever is necessary to insure that. I am a customer, with no other ties.
