They started a new program in September. The shelter is more like a dorm now. From what I've heard, both clients and staff agree that there have great improvements. Everyone on staff are amazing. I have never seen them be rude or disrespectful to anybody. A lot of the things in the program are still in the works, so there are quite a bit of changes going on at the moment, though.
This is a horrible place. My wife went there to try and get food and because her abusive ex she has a no contact order with was there she wasn't allowed to be there. HE should be the one kicked out. They stand up for a sex offending, abusive tweaker over a good, sober woman.
