They will use your health records to get your home address and phone number without your consent and come to your house without your consent beforehand. They claim this is proper protocol and see no problem with using their personal cell phones to conduct medical business. I am feeling very unsafe and uncomfortable knowing they have my home address and phone number on their cell phones. Anyone could now get my personal information from their phones. This is a huge violation of privacy and should in no way be how a health insurance company should operate. If you value your privacy, don't use them for any reason. They think this is a game and a joke. It isn't at all.
Been receiving multiple calls from the fax machine and it is utterly aggravating.
