I was extremely disappointed in Dr. Urooba Faheem. She failed to understand my unique situation by not asking the right questions and she also treated my PhD brain as if I were a five year old. This was a very bad experience all together and I also didn't trust her medical advice.
Dr Kenneth Woolheizer from this clinic does not deserve the doctor with his name. New patients, who are Medicare of Medicad are given minimal treatment from our experience. Brief office visit with no exam of any kind. No testing or review of past documentation. Very poor patient care.
Dr. Chen was very dismissive. He did not do a physical exam or take a medical history. I was in and out of his office in 5 mins.
