Our first experience was unpleasant because we had to wait more than 30 minutes to open a new checking account, we were told to step into an office after one of their employees told us to wait in her office but waited and waited. We left empty handed. You would think it’s important to secure and prioritize new customers.
The best customer service ever! They always remember my name ! Dawn and Mike and the team make us feel special every time we walk in the door!
