Well.. we have been standing in the lobby for about 15 minutes. No one has even greeted us. This is the worst branch.. we just left... get it together
This is by far the worst bank setup ever,you can't do anything with out a debit card , and then you have to deal with the people who try to act like it's great .nnAlso they only have one drive through atm
Very unprofessional and rude. I just needed to transfer funds from my debit cards to my chase account. Claimed he would try to transfer my funds, but said he had no clue how, and then instead of even trying, he hands back my cards and said you'll have to go to the full service station. Waiting and waiting on these jokers, only to have him demonstrate a poor attitude, and redirecting me elsewhere. I guess I can't expect much from people of sloth, ignorance, and disrespectful customer service. Thanks chase, but no thanks.
First you shut down the drive throughs. Then I go into see a teller and there is a simple ATM in the lobby and two people standing around asking if they can help me use the machine!nnSeriously!!nnChase if this is your new business model I want no part of it and will be taking my money elsewhere! There are plenty of other banks that understand what customer service still means!
Love this bank. Everyone is very nice and Chris the manager is very nice and sweet. We live far away from the bank so he does his best to get any issues we have taken care of over the phone.
