Went in for pink eye. I knew the covid questions were coming because of the times we are in, but I advised them that my occupation has had us get covid tested once a week since March . The doctor then proceeds to tell me that I need to get covid tested OVER PINK EYE. She claimed that covid has lead to pink eye which is literally 1% chance. Mind you, I have NO symptoms of covid and as of last week I have a negative covid test. When I told her no she was offended and upset. She then proceeded to say I need to get my eye scanned because it could be an ulcer, I declined because the condition she described it could be,I had no symptoms of besides having PINK EYE. No headaches, more irritated then pain, LITERALLY PINK EYE. She was obviously upset and then wrote my doctor note saying SHE DOESNT KNOW MY CONDITION BECAUSE I REFUSED TO GET TESTED BY HER FOR COVID(but she still wrote me a prescription for pink eye). This was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had at MEDCHECK.

Literal angels! My son fell and needed stitches. They were able to get us in right away and were so calm and patient with him. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely recommend!

Doctor was more worried about shoving Covid diagnosis down our throat and a q tip up our nose than actually listening to what was wrong with my daughter. Told him my daughter had Sinusitis but he refused to listen or prescribe antibiotic. Had to go to my family doctor when they were open two days later and they prescribed antibiotic for guess what, Sinusitis. Unfortunately we had to wait until Tuesday to get the medicine because my PCP would not prescribe the antibiotic until the Covid test came back negative. My daughter had to suffer with the symptoms for an unnecessary amount of time due to piss poor health care from Community. Community Health is more worried about getting that Covid money than actually taking care of patients.

After a four hour Thanksgiving drive home my 10 year old collapsed on the couch and fell asleep. She was complaining that her throat hurt earlier that day. When she woke up she had a fever and my adult son put cold towels on her. I booked an appointment for 1:00. I arrived and the front desk told me that it was going to be a 20 minute wait. It ended up being over an hour even when I online registered. After that it went pretty quickly. They tested my daughter for strep throat and it was positive. The doctor gave us some suggestions and we were on our way. Other than the wait I had a good experience.
