Dr Wagner was amazing. They treated my transgender daughter respectfully and did not misgender her. It was all good until the nurse at the end came in and tried to be smarter than the dr and I left. But Dr Wagner was THAT good that I’m not taking a star away for her lapse in judgment. He went above and beyond because he knew my daughter was worried. He was right from the start but he did all the diagnostics that showed he was right. If we ever need the ER again I hope Dr Wagner is there! Super caring guy! I’ve never seen an Er doc like that. Their bedside manner isn’t usually great, but his is!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was hung up on several times, they wouldn't confirm if my baby had a heartbeat despite being far enough along, disregarded my issue, refused to give me my test results, refused to help me despite my symptoms getting worse. My family lawyer will definitely be hearing about this. Completely unprofessional. My toddler behaves better than this.

Doctor Jill Grant and her staff are wonderful. I was taken care of immediately. Tests were taken and results were quick. Treatment was provided and I was out quickly. I am totally thrilled that we have this wonderful emergency health service available to us. I have nothing but the highest regard for Ascension St.Vincent staff.

This was my first time at a neighborhood hospital and I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The facility was extremely clean and the staff was attentive, friendly and caring. It's never fun having to be in an ER, but the made the experience as smooth and calm as possible. Very professional staff!
