Excellent service! I am traveling through on my way to California and had to deposit a cheque in person. The women who run this branch were fast, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend it!
If I could give this bank less than 1 Star I would. Staff is rude and finding a location where ACTUAL PEOPLE are available to help you is slim. I honestly don't know how they stay in business.
Map is a little outdated and street view as well. but the bank is there! It is extremely high tech, at least it is to me. Great location, easy to find. Automated and overall feeling of very safe banking. Recommend to any BofA customer.
I am a longtime BoA customer. I disputed a fraudulent charge by Pep Boys. I didn't realize Pep Boys had installed a cheaper battery until I applied for a rebate. BoA closed the dispute and sided with pep Boys because they had a signed receipt, despite the fact that I was cheated.
