I’ve banked with First IB for nearly 20 years. The ease of being able to use ANY ATM and get reimbursed the fees is remarkable. Plus, I just refinanced with Chris Lawson (my second time with them) and got a great rate, with a very smooth process online. I have good credit, so that made it easy. Another mortgage advisor, Desiree spent a lot of time with me a few months ago trying to help figure out how to address the credit issues for a family member so that she could refinance. That was above and beyond!

From the initial inquiry with First Internet Bank on refinancing our home through the closing of the transaction, they have been very responsive and supportive throughout the process. While First Internet Bank doesn't have local branches like many other regional / national banks, that did not hinder, in any way, the personal interaction and professionalism displayed with each email correspondence exchanged.nnWe worked with the Mortgage Origination Manager, Mr. Jeffrey Cotton, and our Mortgage Loan Processor was Ms. Melissa Zoller. We shopped lenders and found that First Internet Bank could give us a better deal. Max was great at walking us through the steps and keeping in communicate. He checked in along the way to make sure we didn't have any questions and got a great deal that really worked for our specific needs.
