The Little Clinic

Excellent service. I have been to Little Clinic many times and every time they are pleasant, the wait is not too long and the staff will discuss all options with you as far as treatment. We use it mainly for colds or occasional strep throat. It seems lot use it for Flu shots too. Convenient to use and pricing is normal to any med check type clinic. Highly recommended.

I'm really sick before a trip to Chicago and needed a doctor's note to get some of the travel costs reimbursed. I had a dizzy spell during the visit, but even though the NP diagnosed me with a double ear infection (and prescribed me an antibiotic and prescription cough medication) and was concerned about my ability to safely drive myself home, she wouldn't write that I should stay home rather than travel. To be clear: she's worried I'll get dizzy and crash my car on the mile trip to my house, but thinks there's no reason I shouldn't drive to Chicago. I'll never come back here again.

My wife scheduled an appointment to have vaccinations done on our 5 year old and 15 month old. At check in she was told they don’t accept our insurance and she’d have to pay out of pocket, which is fine. After sitting and waiting for 20 minutes she asked the receptionist when it would be their turn. “Oh we thought you were just figuring something else out.” Then was told they won’t accept out of pocket because she disclosed what kind of insurance we had. Huh? Waste your time if you’d like, but I’d recommend literally anywhere else.

stay away! I have had a few bad experiences here but last one we showed up (10 year old Daughter) and was told I owed $60 form 10 years ago! I said to the girls (totally rude) This clinic was not even here and my daughter would have been a month old. After I mentioned that little fact she said oh it was another location. I said oh really and where might that have been! Since I have never been to another Little Clinc! Long story short I left refusing tp pay a bill they could not explain explain. Basically they could have collected $90 for that days visit but they stepped over $90 to try to collect $60. The girl at counter didn't quite understand that. A also have been another time where having a cold over 10 days and they refuse to do anything. Very unqualified staff and none of them are actual Dr. Dont waste your money, time or effort to deal with this place. A real Dr office is always you're best choice!

My mom went here recently because she couldn’t get a soon enough appointment with her doctor. She had an awful sinus infection for 2 weeks and couldnt talk, lift her head up and was having a hard time breathing. She was miserable and desperately needed antibiotics. (We found this out AFTER coming here from the real doctor) When she came here, they ignored her pain, said she had a common cold and didnt prescribe her anything to fight it. They also mentioned that she was one pound over her BMI and that made her obese. She explained she didnt come in to walk about her weight, shes already in a weight management program. This “doctor” was so unprofessional and I can’t believe they belittled her and insulted her while she was in pain. Keep in mind, my mother is no where NEAR obesity. A few pounds over her recommended weight? Sure. But not obese and she didnt come in to talk about that. Never coming here again.
