McMenamins Thompson Brewery & Public House

Sweet cozy little spot. Probably ranks 3rd out of the 2 in Salem, the 1 in Corvallis, and 1 in mcminville. Staff was AMAZING. Professional, but likeable. Nice music, atmosphere is great. Downstairs seating subpar- short tables and taller chairs so you have to lean way forward, but can't sit right in the chair without hurting your back? ( Unless you hunchback it). Cider is great, truffle fries are my favorite. Thompson and mcminville are the only 2 that have it so- will travel for them. Sandwhich was probably 3/5, alright but nothing that makes you make yummy noises. Will stick to burgers- or seasonal pasta for sure. Will be back for the fries!

This is a lovely space! Lots of great outdoor seating and a wonderful vibe. Our server was Gregg and he was just downright delightful. Impeccable service, friendly, and usual, good food and beer. Highly recommend!

Service was SUBLIME!! Food was high quality and really hit the spot. Prices aren't too bad for a date night either. We'll definitely be coming back often.

Wonderful food and ambiancenThis was the first time have been here and I love it. It was super comfortable and relaxing. My husband and I went here for an afternoon date and we both enjoyed it. The food was delicious and I would definitely come back. The people were nice and I enjoyed myself.

The food was absolutely wonderful, but the service was a little slow. Granted we were the only ones up on the top floor and there were lots of other customers outside. But our server didn't come up and check to make sure we were okay with drinks. But overall it was a great experience
