Hands down the best Southern food in Salem. The Hot Bird is obviously an amazing choice, but so is the smash burger. I have yet to try the Shrimp and Grits but they look amazing! A repeat visit is ensured whenever we stop through Salem. Does get very packed on weekends, especially Sundays, but just order to go and you’re good! Love this place✨

My first experience at Noble Wave was a great one. I had the Classic Bird -- I really liked that the chicken was moist but the breading was thin and crispy. Despite the sauce and the lettuce on the sandwich, the chicken stayed nice and crispy throughout the entire meal. I don't know if the bun is baked in house, but regardless it was a good choice for the sandwich.nnThe fries were really good although they may have been a little bit too salty. But I just shook them off a little bit and they were delicious. The fry sauce helped with the salt issue also, plus the sauce is really really good.nnI ordered coffee but after I sat down they realized that they were out of coffee. When they came around to tell me about the lack of coffee, they offered to get me another drink. So I chose the huckleberry cider and I was not disappointed.nnOverall the food was great and the service was quick and friendly.

Tried fried gator, It was chewy like fatty chicken. They didn't have what I was looking for so we tried gator then went somewhere else. Atmosphere was nice. Good music. Lots of art on the walls your able to purchase. They have plexi-glass shielding the bar separating people. Water is filtered and they serve coke products. Double cheeseburger for $17 dollars kind of turned us away. Seemed a little bit to pricey for me and my family. So we went somewhere else for dinner.

Ate here several times while in Salem. The best food I had while there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Service was fast, accurate and professional. The food was very good, especially the hot bird sandwich. They have a nice outdoor seating area along the street. I would definitely recommend this place.

Used Grubhub. Delivery came without utensils or napkins. Just a box not packed for delivery so food was cold. Food didn‘t look anything like the picture. The sauce on the photo was brimming with sausage and shredded chicken. Mine was with 2 pieces of sausage and a few strands of chicken. Don‘t recommend delivery service. People don‘t seem to care!
