For four days I have yet to reach a manager.

The front end representative by the name of Susie Maldonado was extremely helpful in assisting me with a very aggravating issue recently. She remained calm, professional, and receptive throughout the ordeal and turned my stressful morning into a successful banking visit. A man by the name of Leo was also very helpful and remained patient throughout the process.

I stopped by this branch on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 5:35 pm and was delighted receive superb customer service while the branch was packed with customers. My checking account had several issues (my fault) and I needed advise about my home mortgage. I have been a customer of Chase Bank for over 13 years in Salem and have consistently received top notch service - however the outstanding efforts that afternoon by 2 amazing Chase Associates prompted me to write my first review of Chase Bank on Social Media. Susie Maldonado - Officer / Relationship Banker provided me with outstanding customer service and resolved the issues on my checking account. Ben Gonzalez - Sr Home Lending Advisor outlined several helpful options regarding my home loan. Susie and Ben are simply amazing. Thank you. FIVE STARS !!!
