Marve Thompson was rude disrespectful and told me that he was going to close my account for no reason I asked no to do so I felt mistreated I was just cashing my check I'm very disappointed cause I never had a problem until he make it so

I have been banking with US Bank for over 25 years now and have had no problems that they haven't been able to resolve. 4 years ago they turned me down for a car loan that was VERY HURTFUL. But it is...what it is ud83eudd14i continue to bank with them because they are convenient AND Got my new car without their help.ud83dude0e

Different policy excuses for the same company; 3 stories at 3 locations; constant belittling of customers (giving you their earned money); unprofessional; fraudulent and sneaky to the last penny. Its cheaper to cash a check 1/mo than to let them charge you for your own money [and thats before fees and sneaky overdraft arrangements].nIts amazing how every few months, this branch and the next closest, specifically, forget policies they have or procedures theyve done/been doing for many many months.nTake your money somewhere else entirely. Save yourself the headaches these people thrive on giving you and your family.

Was verbally accosted as soon as I walked in the door. Yelled at by a rude gentleman with a biker beard telling me I would have to wait. No wunder I was the only customer in the bank. The lady that helped me was nice but refused to listen to what I wanted. Reminds me why I don't bank with US bank.
