Wells Fargo Bank

I went to take money out through there DT and did not get my ID or Debit card back. When I realize that and I went back. The ladies that helped me were very rude and just told me they didn't have anything, I didn't even see them checking any where, right away they said NO and to get going. Worst service ever!!

Me: I can't come in, I just need to get my credit card checked.nWF: You need to schedule an appointment to then come in and talk to banker.nMe: I just said I can't come in, can't banker come to microphone? (There's nobody in line.)nWF: If you schedule an appointment, you can talk with banker inside.nn5 minutes later...no difference, no logic, nor understanding. Could have been resolved in that 5 minutes.

Had an awful time just trying to get a thing checked on my banking account.

The fact that this Wells Fargo is open is extremely convenient especially during this time. But that they want people to wear a mask whilst people have robbed banks with masks on is a concern for me.
