U.S. Bank ATM - West Salem

My account went in to negative because worked slowed down because of covid.nI worked hard to get funds to get back in there and they sent my account to collections.nUS BANK IS NOT HELPING US IN THIS TIME OF NEED FOR PATIANCE.

Lobby open 9:00am to 5:00pm, drive-up till 5:30pm It would be business like if the hours of operation could be easily found on the inter-net site, I had to call a 1-800 number which wanted me to enter my account info and it took me 3 minutes to by pass all the computer prompts to talk to a person who could give me this basic information. Turns out I could have made it to the drive up if it hadn't taken me so long to get this basic information. Lost 8 minutes searching the inter-net and to make the call. This is the information age lets not make it so difficult to get the basics.

Terrible service. Waited in the deposit line for over 15 minutes while bank staff were at their computers. No one willing to get up and assist the 10 people standing in line. DO NOT GO HERE! BAD SERVICE...
