U.S. Bank Branch

What are you doing UsBank? Chase has multiple branches open on Saturday.....you have one branch open for miles and the wait is astounding. You are my favorite bank, always friendly staff etc. But you're not making it easy. The line for the drive through was 20+ cars deep? The parking lot is chaos!?! What are you guys doing?nnUpdate: it took 55 minutes to make a withdrawal. I'll be looking around for other options.

US Bank has always been dependable and a favorite of my family. This particular branch seems to operate under a different set of standards. The wait inside is ALWAYS extraordinarily long, with no sense of urgency demonstrated by the staff. I go out of my way to visit another branch.

I know it’s bad time for everyone COVID-19 effect everyone. Only drive through open hours and hours wait no improvement. Reduce hours just ridiculousud83dude21

Really disappointed to visit this branch.n01/16/20 The white big cashier lady was uncomfortable with my sunglasses told me to remove them as it is the Law. And she lied to me that there are written instructions on the door. I love to follow rules therefore I went outside to read the complete instructions and I didn’t find anything and was so disappointed.nThis happens when low life people gets the chance to work into the big offices, their personality become their biggest challenge to work as professionally and deliver the best services to the customers.nI normally go to downtown branch but that day I came to this branch and it was a regretful experience. BTW after that I went to the next branch on Lancaster with same sunglasses and they were so welcoming.

Way to busy 45 minutes and i still haven't been able to talk to anyone.
