Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I Had and account here back in 2008 and closed it after a few years due to bad service. Its been 12 years and its still bad. My mother has had an account there for many years and they've recently started refusing to cash her checks. EVEN depositing is a problem for her. She tries to use the ATM to avoid going inside and they blocked her there. They refuse to cash her check because her ID has an extra name that THEY didn't add into the system when opening her account. They had no issue opening the account with ID provided to them, and NOW they want to deny her? At this point we are starting to believe it is simple discrimination against her for beign Hispanic.

I had the best experience at this branch yesterday! Joey and his Manager made me feel welcome and respected. It may have taken a while to resolve my unique issue, but they were both very helpful and went out of their way to provide an awesome customer experience.

Really bad experience with the people that work there.its been the2 nd time. Closing my account wi then I been with them for year and still not a upgrade at all

Wonderful branch! Most banks let lines grow out the door while several emp stand around. Not here. They stopped their activities and brought tellers out to help. Friendly and knowledgeable. I opened an account with them as i was.very impressed by how well they treated me and helped me when several other banks would not. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I sold our nice car so we could get two decent ones for both of us.In doing so we thought that maybe the bank would, idk, act like a bank and cash the check so we could have transportation to work that day, but Na they put a two day hold on it. Then when we went in two days later they informed us that the hold had been extended 7 days. So now we are waiting for our money, and then changing banks. If I could leave negative five or ten stars I would. Total bs.
