I used to love banking here but the customer service has gone downhill since COVID. I know that everyone is struggling right now but I really hope things return to the standard of customer service they used to have after COVID.

Staff are attentive, pleasant, and seemingly give their best efforts to meet your banking needs. There is one teller who is condensing and rude but I'll let you find out which one...

So I’ve been a member with first tech and they are genuinely so nice and helpful — I go to the branch off commercial st in Salem, OR and Sandra has always been there to help me and answer all my questions; she’s awesome. I don’t ever leave reviews on anything but Sandra and the crew at this branch are always welcoming and have some awesome costumer service values forsure :)

It's a small bank feeling with big bank benefits. Good hours, convenient location, best customer service & online services & no fee services!

This location is well staffed, who are friendly and well equipped to take care of your needs. Am usually seen fairly quickly and never had any hassle. Easily one of the better First Tech branches in Salem/Keizer area.
