Wells Fargo Bank

Was asked to call and make an appointment. They don't answer the phone on Commercial there, just pass it off to corporate. LAZY

Absolutely ridiculous. Unprofessional #1. Rude #2. Liars #3. I'm disgusted with this service. I was promised to be able to cash my stimulus check the next morning, I was even given the name of someone to talk to in case they gave me any grief. They still were disrespectful & inconsiderate. I am very unimpressed. I would not recommend to anyone.

Whether the line/lobby is busy or calm the employees are always kind! Even getting to know bank members personally and recognizing them when they arrive!

No explanation needed. They know why.

Nick Allen exceeded mine and my husband’s expectations. He was friendly, professional and a step ahead the entire time with answering questions we may have had and amazed us how knowledgeable he was. So glad we got him to help us with all of our difficult questions.
