U.S. Bank Branch

BEWARE: This bank branch no longer conducts banking except by special appointments. Good luck......nnTheir hours are also reduced to incredibly limit your access to banking. Hopefully you don't need a bank open outside of 10am-4pm. Aka - hopefully you're not someone with a job

I find the customer service at this branch to be a disappointment every single time I have to interact with them. The people are generally very nice, but being friendly and delivering customer service are not the same thing. They are rarely able to help me with what I need and they seem to have no regard for wasting my time. I use this bank only for a small commercial account associated with a non-profit, and I would move the account in a heartbeat if it weren't a hassle to do so.

Out of all the US banks in Salem this bank has the best team. Their customer service is outstanding! Each and every one of them is on point every day :) my husband and I bank here for our business and we have never been disappointed. They are so easy to work with, friendly, go the extra mile and are just amazing people to entrust your money with. I highly recommended this bank and especially this branch! I would go here just to talk to the employees!

The tellers at this branch are absolutely amazing, especially in DriveThru. Thank you so much for making the end of even my worst day, so much better just be driving thru. ❤❤

Made a payment last month on my credit card with the drive through teller. Find out this month that the payment was never posted. It’s been a week since I notified them and they are still “researching.” They are telling me to pay the late fee and both months’ payments while they continue to “research.” I gave them the day and 20 minute time frame of when I would have made the payment.... I do not recommend this bank.
