A false sense of being able to move up is generated from day one. There is little to no way to move up. The turnover rate shows it all. Most of the long term employees pretend to be happy but you can can see right through it.

pretty bad practices from my time working here, was promised by my supervisor that my medical emergency wouldnt count against me but despite having doctor's note was still let go, found out from a co worker my supervisor was not turning in my information to their boss, apparently my supervisor didn't like Latinos on his team

Unless you work there, no one is going to be searching for this location. It is not a bank and there is no ATM on site. Modify your searchability so you don't piss off customers that you've led to your door.

Obesity and general unhealthy lifestyles seem to be the norm at this call center. Very high turn over rate. Unhappy people pretending to be happy. It's nasty.

Miserable Degenerates. But at least these people pretend to be happy. I guess that's all you can do when you've been beaten down in life.
