Wish they had better hours

Yeah, no... won't ever go to this location again. They've got nothing on the people minded service other locations have. I'll stick with Albany and Corvallis... much better than this city mentality.

1-12-18nI went to this bank and found not only the bank teller very nice . But she was dressed very beautiful . I just wish I could have got her number.nRussian dress and very very attractive .

Worst bank period Umpqua has fallen so far lost touch with customer and nickel and dime the customers every chance they get really a shame avoid banking with them. My issues is with Umpqua as a whole not this this location in general. And the customer number is a joke spend an hour waiting to be connected to someone who is supposed to help you.
