Wouldn't give me cash off my card so I filled out a comchek and they decided they wouldn't cash that either. Every other lake city bank does no problem

Worst experience with a bank ever. Their hours are extremely inconvenient and their service is terrible. I opened an account to take advantage of their Sure-Pay program, which they were unable to offer after the fact. After this -giant waste of time- experience, I am closing my account.

I’ll be the first to say this bank is the worst bank ever. They don’t even send out notices to let you know they’re closing your accounts, but yet the accounts still are visible on your online banking, mobile, ATM etc. So I assume my account was opened and had my tax refund sent to the account. By the way, the bank teller didn’t even know the account was closed, the day I walked inside to inquire about my refund, she told me my account was opened, until one of her colleagues told her the account was closed, and had been for 4 months. They closed an account of mines, didn’t tell me, I was under the impression the account I had was a free account with no terms etc. because I went to classes and opened a loan to get the free accounts. I had my 2017 taxes deposited into the account, without any notice my refund was rejected due to my account being closed 4 months ago. Remind you my state check was deposited into the closed account but bounced into my checking, I was then told my federal would be deposited to my checking as well, well the bank denied the federal, but approved the state, and my name was written on both checks the same, how do you approve one and not the other? But the reason they said my Federal was rejected was because my name was hyphenated, well my name was hyphenate when my state check was deposited also, so who’s the bozo in the bank? None of the staff or tellers know anything about the bank, I ask questions and they always refer you to someone else, who refers you to someone else or that person calls another location to get the answer. It’s like what do you guys do all day, just walk ins and drive thru transactions? They will charge you fees, never send out notices to let you know anything, that’s how they make money off their customers. They charge maintenance fees for each account you open, it’s just a money hungry bank, and if I could give a zero I would. Word on the street! The hispanic teller there looks out for the hispanics that come to open accounts, putting accounts in their children names, or names and social security number to anyone they know, and the adults are the ones accessing it, because the adults have no social security number, or legal status is in question. Hopefully one day she’ll get caught, why she sits up in there playing like she’s so this and that. If they were to check them accounts, she opens for the hispanics, they will see the fraud she does. I’m closing my account ASAP! Going across the street to credit union, account is already open! Don’t bank here you won’t be happy. BS after BS
