Was really impressed with how each employee took their time with me to make sure I got what I was asking for. I went in to purchase a loach and found they were on sale. When I went to the register, the price range up incorrectly, so I asked why. The girl behind the counter said it was because I had to be a member to get sale prices. She happily added me as a member (their is no cost associated with becoming one), and then I got the sale price.nnGreat customer service!

The store was clean and the prices were fair. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful which seems to be rarer these days with companies cutting wages and benefits at the bottom while those at the top see theirs increase exponentially, but I digress. I only rated it four stars as something has to be truly exceptional for five.

They carry the Royal Canin brand of canned puppy food that my little guy loves. Not only that, but they have it in a multi can box that you basically get a free can as opposed to buying singularly. I like their wide selection of pet supplies.

Thank you to Pet Supplies Plus for hosting nail cutting night regularly. My Bassett is not cooperative with nail cutting. And even though he was rude to them, they laughed it off and got the job done. And it was the best and most thorough nail trim he's had. Thank you so much!
