Key bank in general, I've noticed has a terrible ability to deliver statements to you on time in regards to overdraft fees. After 5 days of being overdrawn, the bank will charge another fee, of roughly $27.50 or so. However, the statements that get mailed out to people, while they do get mailed, can take as long as a week or more to reach you. By the time you've been notified that you are negative and have incurred the first overdraft fee of more than $30, the 5 days will likely have passed, and you are charged yet again, even though you have not yet been notified that you are negative in the first place.nnOther than that though, the professionals tat run the place are indeed professional, nice and courteous.
Customer service by this branch manager is deplorable!! Apparently there is no training on how to talk to or deal with customers as part of the management requirements at this bank. After being talked down to with a nasty attitude for 10 minutes Kim B. agreed to waive some fees and later retracted her offering. Just terrible business!! After over 20 years banking here I am closing my accounts and going elsewhere!
