Shoe Show

I went today to get two pairs of dressing shoes. I always get the same pairs about every 2 months for work. One pair didn't have my size. So I went to the front to ask if they had any in the back... the lady working was helping another lady. She was going to the back to check to see if they had the size the customer was requesting. I stopped her to ask her about my shoes too, that way I could save her trip. She proceeded to tell me (in a non friendly tone) the shoes in the front is all they have. EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS HELPING SOMEONE ELSE WITH WHAT I WAS ASKING HER. I didn't want to make the customer uncomfortable so I just put the shoes down and left.nnThe only difference I noticed between myself and the other customer was that the other customer was a white female and I was a Hispanic male. I doubt it was sexism... so I highly advise management to look around and see that approximately 30% of the population in the are are Hispanic and that its employees are pushing away this potentially customer block.
