I was very impressed with this LFS. Store is clean and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. They were even willing to spend an hour just talking to me and providing advice. They have a customer for life after how I was treated. Also, they have been super willing to order whatever I have needed for fish and have kept and quarantined them for me!

Love this place! People here are friendly and they always have a great selection of saltwater fish and corals. They also sell new and used aquariums (including ones for reptiles) and filters/pumps.

Northside Aquatics is the ideal place to go if you want to learn how to properly keep a healthy, thriving aquarium. I bought 3 Harlequin Rasboras from Randy, and unfortunately 2 of them passed away within the first week of me owning them.nnNot only did he replace the fish I lost (it was definitely owner error, not Northside), he and his staff helped me get to the bottom of the problem. It turns out I simply needed an air stone in my tank! Now I have very healthy and active fish thanks to them.nnI will continue shopping with them for all of my aquatic needs. You could not ask for a nicer, more available and attentive group of people who are so clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what they do.

A small business that helps you get what you need to get started in the aquarium hobby. Customer service is among the best. They treat you like a lifelong customer.

Randy was extremely helpful and kind. I was a first time turtle owner looking for the appropriate items to care for the turtle. The prices seemed reasonable for what I purchased.
