I feel so bad for missing survey of same day surgery staff. I have to tell you, I've been to hospitals all over this country and never so pleased with one such as here. The same day staff, administrators and nurses were incredible. Yes, dont forget the sign in folks, wow, they made me feel better about going in. From the minute I stepped into Ball Hospital to the moment I was wheel chaired (thank you Betsy) to the car it was an incredible experience. Of course Dr. Kim, a very caring and compassionate doctor, also Nick for caring and making sure I slept. AND the nurses you took excellent care of me. You ladies I cannot praise enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Also don't forget the nurse, forgive me on names, but the one that helps you get dressed for home, everyone except the hot blonds (lol) thank you. Thank you to the lady passing out the masks when you walk in to the ones who check you and send you in the right direction. It's a shame we can't give hugs these days because you are all loved. Thank you again for what you do and the caring you show doing so. God Bless you all!

Great service.  Had a slight ear infection while on a business trip and didn't want to find some acute clinic that I knew nothing about.  Found Plushcare on line and had my phone appointment within a couple of hours.  Dr. phoned in prescription for ear drops and all was better in a couple of days.  Will definitely be a repeat patient!

I went to the hospital in October 13-14 for covid/pneumonia. I feel I got the best care. The nurses and doctors were amazing. I felt safe and well taken care of. I wish I remembered all their names, the doctors, the nurses and the patient care techs. Thank you so very much for all you did for me. I feel that you are all heros during these trying times. Stay healthy and safe. I always tell people how wonderful care I received. Thank you so much .. God bless all you..

First, we show up for surgery, early, we were told where to go, slightly incorrect info. They came late to get my wife, almost 2 hrs later she's being prepped. I was asked to fully cover nose and mouth with mask, I explained I can not breathe fully covered, just had my nose over the top, told to leave, while I can't breathe, doesn't matter to them, neither does it matter that the patient felt comforted knowing her spouse was not far away waiting. These places forget that this bs is not a law, its a guideline to go off of. So now I sit waiting for a phone call to tell me how she's doing. They want to preach (A), yet only hold that policy when its convenient, as in patients doing something but look past what they do.

My husband came to Muncie for work and ended up having to have emergency surgery, while the surgery went well it was the after care that plummeted. His nurse would disappear for hours after saying she would be right back. The first night the entire floor ran 2 hours behind on medications. When I finally arrived, after driving in from Texas, the nurse went to show me how to change the packing/dressing from his wound. She put on gloves and proceeded to touch everything in the room and then acted like she was going to touch his open wound with these contaminated gloves. Luckily having worked in a hospital for 16 years I know to speak up. She changed her gloves. We were then set up to discharge, when they realized they had lost all of his clothing including his work boot, and and ankle imbolizer. His items were not found before we were discharged. He was released in a hospital gown, scrub bottoms, and socks! The next day, (today 11/13/20) I begin calling about his items at 8am, it is currently 2:40pm and no one can A) call me back or B) find my husband's items. I have called 5 times and every time ask to speak to a director or Administrator and have Not spoken to one yet.
