If I could put 0 stars I would.nI went to the Madison brand on Saturday and the ATM ate my money and took my card for security purposes. Called the 24/7 number twice in front of the ATM camera and was told I would be contacted Monday by two very unsympathetic people. Fast forward to Monday. I went up to the bank as soon as they opened and they gave me my card back, but not my money. They said they would have to balance the ATM first. Fast forward to over four hours later and I still don't have my money. I called them and they said the manager hadn't even left the Bethel branch yet. TERRIBLE BANKING INSTITUTION. I will be finding a new bank ASAP.
Great place to bank. The staff are always kind and ready to help.
2 stars because they never answer their phones and when you leave a message it takes days to hear back. I would think when someone wants to give you their money you would answer your phone or at least call back.
