The Horn Public House and Brewery

I tried the margarita pizza and a house salad with the balsamic vinaigrette. The pizza was quite tasty. The red sauce was lovely and clearly something they put some care into. With the fresh mozzarella, the pizza seemed to be lacking some salt. A dash of Maldon sea salt sprinkled on top would send that to the next level. The salad was pretty standard but good as well. I dipped my pizza crust in the extra dressing I had which was delicious. Service was great. Overall a pretty good experience.

We’ve been waiting until the tourists left to try this place. We each tried a flight of beers (4 for $8) and they were very good. Well crafted without a lot of frou-frou flavors added. We got the large pizza-it was huge and very tasty. They make the dough in-house.nGrab a window seat-wait they are ALL window seats on the bottom floor- great bay views. Our server was outstanding and very attentive.

Stopped here twice while we toured the Oregon Coast. Servers were amazing. Clam chowder and Oyster shooters delicious. Moby Red fantastic beer. Highly recommend a visit. Oh and the views were amazing as well. Big shout out to Joey our server our first visit, he made us feel very welcomed even though we were touristy.

We chose to eat here because of all the great reviews but the food and service we received didn’t reflect the reviews. We arrived around 4 for dinner the restaurant wasn’t busy and they seated us right away. We ordered the house salad that is supposed to be served as an appetizer but it came out as part of the meal. The sweet potato fries were over baked, Black and burned , the cesar salad tasted very fishy and the second one ordered came with no dressing. I ordered the halibut fish & chip and the fish texture was off and the pieces were very flat, normally they are thicker like large nuggets, the Cod order looked better. As our food came out we had to ask for the basics from our waitress, like condiments and water, and we never got refills on any drinks nor did the waitress offer. There are better restaurants to eat at in my opinion.

Great food. The pesto chicken club has fantastic, the menu description doesn't describe how much work goes into a sandwich this good. The salmon fish and chips was cooked perfect. I had an excellent house brewed red ale. Staff was wonderful, worked hard to keep sanitary and customers physically distanced to fight the pandemic. Best blues music (a Pandora station) I've heard in a restraint.nnI really loved that pesto chicken sandwich.
