I was on a shopping trip which I don't do shopping tips very often but got some tax money back so was looking to buy some shoes. And of course I call other Shoppers I was looking for good deals and came across Rack Room Shoes where you said buy one pair get 50% off another pair I picked two pairs of shoes one for me one for my girlfriend hers was 89.99. Mine was 99.99 both marked with the BOGO emblem but when I get up to the register she tries to charge me for both of them and I can bring up the buy one get one and she proceeded to tell me that only one of them qualifies at a time so I grabbed another pair and she with an irritated look in her face cause the manager up and has her explain to me why I can't buy the shoes so I have to select a pair which unbeknownst to me they have their prices marked specifically so that you can buy one pair and a high price and the other pair is already half price of that one so the most you can really save on two pairs of shoes is like 30 bucks. The point being when I go to a store that says BOGO I expect that almost every item and select specialty items will be buy one get one free but it's not and for customer service give this a two star only because I like the shoes.
Great for athletic and outdoor shoes not much else. I was disappointed because none of the sales people checked in, greeted me, or even acknowledged me.
Christopher was so nice and helpful!! It was like the good old days when people would help you with shoes!!!
Found a perfect pair of shoes for my oldest daughter here. Nice cashier. The prices are ok but could be lower.
Not the best deals on shoes. Pretty good variety but prices are higher.
