Older lady employee was so rude. When you go there to spend a good amount of $$ on Birkenstock’s you don’t expect to be treated poorly. Besides that they have absolutely no sizes. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend going here.

Went in looking for replacements of some old Birks. I was by myself. One girl was being helped by the younger of the two female workers. The older lady was behind the counter. I found the shoes I wanted to get in my size, the lady did not pay me any mind. A group of white people walked and she immediately walked up to them. I politely stepped in and asked for help, she was short with me, looked for my size and didn’t have it. Not even a recommendation of another style or color anything. I’m not sure if being a light POC, a young person, or looking like I don’t have money made her not choose to gravitate toward helping another group first, but I don’t appreciate it. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The lady working was so helpful. I can never find any shoes that fit and she went above and beyond trying to find me something that works. Very happy.

Loved this store. They carry so many different brands of quality shoes. Great prices. Great customer service.
