There are some good providers within their network, but many are sub-par and can't provide a coherent diagnosis. The last straw was getting a simple blood test and they billed $740. They will not budge on that nor would they provide the cost ahead of time. I trusted that it would be in the range of normal ($50). I will move to UI Health.

Yesterday Sunday July 12 2020 I was feeling a bit sick in the morning but it wasn’t very bad. We carried on with our day and got lunch at Wendy’s. I’d been dehydrated for a couple days so I got a water and a lemonade with my food. Later on that day I started to feel a lot worse and threw up. After that I continued to feel terrible to the point that I was laying on the bathroom floor in the hotel and I couldn’t keep anything down. Then about 9PM my husband finally took me here because the pain was becoming unbearable. We had to wait in the waiting room for a while and then they checked me. The staff is very kind. I had a bladder infection because I’d gotten dehydrated over the last couple days. They kept me overnight and my husband took me back to the hotel about 9-9:30 this morning. When I left I was already feeling a lot better. We’re now in our new hotel in Danville and though I still feel sick, i feel a lot better than I did last night. This is a good hospital to go to if you’re sick!

I had an allergic reaction driving from Chicago to Muncie I stopped in to the ER the staff were all amazing the wait time there was none they took care of me and sent me home when in was comfortable enough to go home and back on the road!! Thank you for the staff for taking care of me. I had a painful procedure but with the help of the staff I got through it. Loved how caring the staff is and how great they are at explaining the situation and explaining things I could to post procedure before being discharged. Both the doctors and RN’s were attentive and I received quality care here. Thanks so much
