The BEST in Fort Wayne! The associates know what to recommend for anyone having problems with their feet. Today they were fitting clients from toddlers to older older adults with walkers. Very helpful and respectful to everyone. My wife is lucky to get 6 months out of a pair of shoes anywhere else. She purchased shoes here August 2018 and she is still in them. We will always buy from this family company!

My 19 month old Grandson got fitted with leg braces today. This created an instant need for new shoes, with no options where we live. So we made the 74 mile trip to Ft. Wayne. We arrived 45 minutes before closing, and there were people ahead of us. My fear was they may not be able to serve us, and if they did, they would try to rush us. But our experience was just the opposite. The lady who measured my Grandson was knowledgeable, and very patient with us. She fit him to shoes that would accommodate his braces. We asked her if she had another pair, in a different color. When she could not locate another pair in stock, she offered to order them, and ship them to us. She also helped my wife find socks that would go above the braces, so they would not rub his bare legs. The young woman behind the counter was also very friendly and helpful. This location has made customers for life. Well worth the long drive. Customer service is obviously a priority here.

Got my Great- Grandsons shoes to fit over his braces here. Had to make the velcro longer to fit better. They did it while we waited. Very friendly, great service. Lots of options! Will definitely be back. Well worth the drive from Marion
