Staff is always so incredibly friendly and everyone is very knowledgeable. The prices are very fair and cheaper then most big chain pet stores. I also love the fact that the animals they have are from local breeders. I drive close to 2 hours round trip to shop at Pet Warehouse. If you have never been, I highly recommend you make a trip and check them out!!
My go to place for my aquarium and fish. The staff actually knows something about fish and how to care for them unlike other pet chains in Fort Wayne. They have a wide variety of fish and products to care for them. We also bought a cat from there, he loves their fish also...to look at only so far! Give them a shot!
I highly recommend getting a chinchilla here. The chinchillas they got are adorable and social with people. I got this cute baige one there, it was expensive but I was worth it. Their pets really well taken care of and are in a good environment. They carry chinchillas,hedghogs,rabbits,Guinea pigs,hamsters, reptiles, spiders, dogs, cats, sugar gliders, sometimes ferrets, and other small animals. I highly recommend getting your pet here.
Staff is comfortable with their knowledge. They'll admit what they don't know and find the answer. Their saltwater selection is good and they take pride in the hobby. Crickets are usually healthy and stocked. And so far, no groans when I walk inud83dude01
Excellent customer service, wide range of animal related merchandise. Good selection of salt and fresh water fish. Also have puppies and kittens.
