I'm always greeted with friendly service. I have been in there enough that they remember my name. I can always find an outfit that suits my body style. They have a variety of clothes from casual, work, workout, girl's night out, and date nights. I would highly recommend them.

Best clothing store for plus sized girls!

Never was offered help to reach stuff down, or to see if I needed help with anything. The 2 women in the store stayed behind the counter the entire time I was there. There was only 1 other customer in there when I came in and she was just paying for her things. 5 stars for Torrid in general but 2 stars for the lousy staff working at this location. Ended up leaving and went home and placed my order online.
