‘Horrible manager. Rude to customers and rude to her own employees in front of the customers. Does not put customer service first. Not sure how or why she was given her position.’ - I just read this review the manager is very rude. I’m a regular customer and I’ve never had a bad experience with dsw I just come get my shoes and leave but this manager girl made me want to go take my money else.
Walked in today and was told I couldn't shop unless I had a mask. You dont treat customers this way. So I left and bought my daughters and I shoes at a much more friendlier place. Will never go back. Then businesses wonder why they close up!
LOVE this place, and there clearance area is a must to check out!
Not a great variety of kids shoes in my kids size. Plus only accepting cards and credit cards. No cash.
Lots of variety of shoes.prices are not to bad.
