My husband visited this store for the first time to get running shoes. The salesman was very attentive to what by husband was looking for. He tried on 2 pair that he really thought would work but while walking on the treadmill he found one pair to be have a little more support and cushioning since he has a bad back. They offer a military discount which also supports our veterans. Our family will be returning to this location to purchase shoes in the future.Thank you Joey for all your help in finding my husband the correct shoe for him.
Nice place. Quiet, small. You won't be intimidated by obscene obsessed athletes or style salesmen. As the others have said there is a form of striding gate analytics. I'll be sure it's part of their strategy but as I know nothing of running shoes I bought 2 pair. One pair is for treadmill work and other for outdoors. First pair worn indoors I was amazed. Vastly changed my balance as well. Second pair for a jog with my dog; definitely an improvement from my base pair of new balance. Finding someone who specializes in a field is like gold. If I were to say I was disappointed about anything it's this; Turns out running shoes wear out very quickly. I used to run 5 miles a day you're telling me I can only run 100 days LOL!. But that's what he says. Honestly my right knee felt better the first day. It was quick, painless, I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
They take care of you even after the sale! We had a small issue with a new pair of shoes just outside their normal return policy. They were very nice and helped us get the situation handled quickly!nnDear Owner: keep up these type of business practices, this is what makes America great, especially Fort Wayne! You have us as a customer for life! Thanks for actually providing customer service!
My wife was treated excellent. Greeted right away, was given prompt service. The young lady working was very help with advice and opinions.
I have back issues and have for years. My doctor told me nice shoes may help. I have heard of TRRC but had never went. I walked in and was immediately greeted. A young man welcomed me and listened to why I was there. Then he had me walk on a treadmill to see the pressure points on my feet and to see what I needed. He brought out several pairs of shoes for me to try on. He explained the difference in every pair. He was patient and very helpful. The prices on good shoes are not cheap and I knew that going in. If you're having any kind of pain or problems then I highly recommend TRRC.
