I've been at this location twice with a few days and not once did an employee asked if I needed help but they asked other customers in the next isle over (the store wasn't busy) I spent approximately 45 one of those days no approached me for help. I did make a purchase. Second day I finally asked for help because no one asked me. There approximately 6 people in the entire store. They answered my question but act as though it was a bother. At this point I will probably return the shoes I purchased because of poor customer service. I may also contact their cooperate office because no customer shoe have look for help when employees are standing around talking to each other.
Look around a bit and you're always able to find a bargain. Especially if you're willing to compromise a bit on colors & brand!!
Bought an awesome pair of New Balance size 15. Pillow cushioned softness.My feet are humming.
They never have our size of shoes in stock. We always have to order them. It's like they get 1 pair of sizes in stock.
Oh yeah, they were very helpful and very kind. I will definitely be back in the future.
