I have been with this bank for nearly a year. They have branches in most of Walmarts so one is always around the corner. All of thier associates have always been professional and courteous.
Woodforest contacted me twice when they saw a debit from two different places (in Europe), I never travel outside my state. They canceled my card each time and sent me a new one immediately. I am a very happy with the customer service that I received too.
My wife and i have been with this branch for almost 5 years. Best services ever.
They are the best!! I tell everyone I know that although they are not the biggest bank in town, they go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. They are definitely the #1 bank ud83dudcaf
I've banked here for several years and working 3rd I need to call after hours and I've almost always had problems with this service. Why haven't I left? Well I was going to before and a nice employee talked me into staying (won't happen again!!) Ive complained and hoped they would fix it but since they haven't I'm going elsewhere. I absolutely do not recommend this bank if you need help beyond letting them hold onto your money
