I came to get change for a 100.00 bill. Wanted 10’s and 5’s. I gave my account number. Was asked why I wanted change. Who it was for. Then I was asked for my driver’s license. I would never recommend going to this location. They definitely don’t need to know why I need change for a hundred. That is my business no one else’s.
Great bank
Great service. They are so informative sharing information with their clients plus making sure that they fully understand what’s being presented.
I know the hours are normal for a bank, but they are still very inconvenient. It would be much nicer to have evening hours at least one day of the week. Also, the drive up ATM only works sometimes; other times you may have to run across the street to use the other bank's ATM and cough up the fees.nIf you do manage to get there during hours, the staff is very friendly and professional.
