Went to shoe carnival to find a pair of shoes for my granddaughter at Apple Glen. All store employees were standing in the middle aisle looking at their phones and laughing. Not once did anyone stop to ask us if we needed help. As we were leaving they told us to have a good day and said thanks for your help or wait you didn’t! I will never shop Shoe Carnival again! Do a better job of hiring!!
It was ok. A lot of isles, but had a hard time finding shoes I liked in my size.
Bobby Jo .......she was nice and professional.....I fell in love with some shoes and couldn't find my size so I went 1/2 up....see how they work. It only took me 30 minutes to find the awesome pair of shoes.
The shoe carnival out north was okay. The guy that was helping me seem like he didn't know how to look up the shoe I was looking for cuz they didn't have my size. The manager called the other store for me and asked them to hold the shoes for me. I just felt like that team was not very friendly. Shoe carnival at Apple Glen I felt like the team was very helpful and polite. I love the shoes I got.
Would have been great, if I could have gotten the shoes I had picked out, but, someone pulled fire alarm (no fire). Everyone was sent outside. Stood out in heat for 1/2 hour and was told had to wait another half hour before anyone could go back in. I left. Was disappointed. Hopefully those shoes will still be there this Saturday
