My favorite place to buy footwear in Eugene. Conveniently located in Oakway Mall, right at the entrances from Oakway Road. When you get older and you don't want to be bothered with shoe laces any more, check out the line of Merrell shoes offered at Burch's !!
Sales associates are always super helpful. As a person who enjoys a personal touch amd being catered to, I will never buy shoes anywhere else.
I've been buying all my shoes at Burch's Shoes, (or their outlet annex store nearby) for 15 years now, because they sell quality shoes and the staff always makes it an enjoyable experience. Today was no exception, Haley is very knowledgeable and helped me get the right shoes for my needs.
Great shoes and an even better experience!nnWe went to get a pair of Keens for my daughter for the summer. We are not going to many stores these day but (with shoes) wanted to be able to make sure they fit comfortably. They had clear and through safety procedures.nnThe staff was exceptionally personable and friendly. While keeping distance, they helped us find a perfect pair of shoes.nnA great selection, good price and amazing staff... it just reinforced why Burch's is our go-to shoe store!
