This store has shoes that most other places don't have. The selection is way better. So if you find a pair you like just buy them because more than likely another store will not carry your size or have the shoe. DSW most likely does.
I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of DSW when I visited in August. They had an excellent system in place to reduce COVID-19 spread: a separate section with space out seats for trying on shoes, one way aisles, and cleaning of the shoes after they are tried on. All this plus excellent customer service has convinced me to remain a loyal customer here.
Fantastic place for Women to shop with lots of selection. As for men they have an ok selection but have hardly any sizes. Example the 2 shoes I had chosen both had 1 pair of shoe sizes to select from so if you were a 10 you were golden. I ended up scanning the shoe into Amazon and the price was about 5 less and they had the sizes. If you want Nike they did have a nice selection of those. In short great place for female clientele.
It's a shoe store... Prices aren't too bad
I was at your store in Eugene, OR at 11 a.m. today, 9/15. The doors were locked. No one there. Sign on the door that said you were closed. Online it said you were open. Called your store phone number, store hours indicated you should be open. I drove in from Creswell, needed shoes for a wedding. If you aren't going to be open, please indicate it online and on your phone message so customers don't waste their time.
