I am always stunned at the knowledge and service at this store. The owners are so kind and helpful. Today, the man who owns the store helped me for 45 minutes while I tried on shoes, tried insoles, and ran around the store— the whole time he listened to my feedback and helped me find the perfect new running shoe! Such a contrast from the big shoe store I had gone to earlier that day, where no one would help me or seemed to care. Definitely the best shoe store in town with the best customer service! Thank you guys!!

I had been looking all over for shorter boots for work without a heel. I stopped by today and they had exactly what I wanted! Not only that, one of the employees brought out all the colors of the style i liked. I ended up buying two pair in different colors. I have difficult feet to fit, and when i find something I like, I run with it. This is far and away the best shoe store in Eugene. I will make it a priority to go there first from now on and not waste my time shopping around. Great quality, customer service, and value. 5/5, Highly recommend!
