Ordering boots online and not in person is always a chance, especially in different time zones. I called looking for a different brand boot but Bryson took the time to help me find one in stock that matched what I was looking for initially. I ordered Drew’s in house made Buckaroo Boot in a chocolate with blue tops. Placed the order on Monday and by Thursday got delivered my first hand made boot. Out of the box they fit like my favorite pair. The quality and care placed into these boots is amazing! Thanks for the help in this post-deployment gift to myself!

I was sized for a pair of brown rough outs, once I received them they fit better than expected and had very little break in time! Highly recommend!

I ordered a pair of logger rough out black leather boots from Drew's back in March. Out of the box the boots looked amazing, hell even better than my old smokejumpers who went through a pretty devastating fire season in Califirnia 2018-19 I retired those boots the same year but enough of that. These boots had a break in period of about a week everything was great until about a month in. I came home from a hike one and during a quick inspection during a quick cleaning I noticed my boots heel was delaminating from the leather upper part of the boot, it was the slightest bit but it increased in size since then, and with this fire season coming up in Oregon I have no boots what so ever kinda feel sad these awesome pair of Drew's boots failed me and didnt even go through one day at ground 0

I bought a pair of custom boots from these people and they burned me for $150.00 dollars.nI was promised, if I ordered the boots and I wasn't happy, I would get all my money back. (100%) That is the only reason I took the chance and bought those boots.nThen when they didn't fit right I asked for my money back that is when Patty told me there will be a 30% restocking fee. That amounted to $150.00. For restocking??? If I would have known about a restocking fee I would have never ordered the boots in the first place. If was suppose to be 100% refund.nSo Patty and Drew's boots burned me for $150.00.nPlease don't trust them and just don't buy from them.
